What you will do

  • Build and administer comprehensive onboarding programs and role-based learning paths for SDRs, AEs, SEs, and Customer Success roles.
  • Develop and curate enablement content, including playbooks, decks, battlecards, and mutual action plan templates.
  • Deliver ongoing training on product, market, and methodology through workshops, micro-learning, and call coaching.
  • Manage the enablement technology stack, including Showpad, LMS/LXP, and conversation-intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to translate technical differentiators into repeatable customer-value messaging.
  • Coordinate launch readiness and field-readiness programs for new releases and go-to-market campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning-and-development roles.
  • Experience with sales-enablement platforms, LMS/LXP, and CRM systems.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills for various audience sizes.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Showpad/Seismic.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with forecasting, quota planning, and revenue metrics.
  • Experience with LLMs and building AI agents.
  • B2B SaaS experience or a background in database/infrastructure technologies.
  • Experience supporting global field teams and driving consistency across regions.
