Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation Specialist (Remote)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns in ActiveCampaign.
• Design and manage automated user journeys for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Use behavioral data for audience segmentation and personalized messaging.
• Write conversion-focused emails, subject lines, and calls to action.
• Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and run A/B tests.
• Coordinate email campaigns with OneSignal push notifications, SMS, and other marketing channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing, automation, and lifecycle optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM and email automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral messaging.
• Data-driven approach to tracking metrics and optimizing campaigns.
• Copywriting experience focused on user conversion and engagement.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
