Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 plus equity

What you will do

  • Lead the transformation of CRM and lifecycle communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging from transactional to human-centered.
  • Define and evolve the brand voice across organic and lifecycle channels to ensure consistency and emotional resonance.
  • Collaborate with product, design, growth, and insights teams to translate user behavior into empathetic messaging strategies.
  • Develop creative frameworks and messaging systems that improve engagement, trust, and long-term customer retention.
  • Own copy development for customer journeys, feature launches, and ongoing lifecycle communications.
  • Expand brand voice into broader organic growth channels, including social media and community platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, or lifecycle/organic growth roles within consumer-focused brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in copywriting, tone development, and multi-channel messaging.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email, SMS, and organic content strategy.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
