TL;DR

Director, Lifecycle Marketing (CRM): Leading customer engagement and lifecycle marketing strategies for Allconnect and MyMove to attract, convert, and retain users with an accent on data-driven CRM strategies and multi-channel campaigns. Focus on maximizing LTV, designing personalized customer journeys, and optimizing return visitor growth through advanced segmentation and A/B testing.

Location: Hybrid schedule based in the NYC Office (Monday through Thursday)

Salary: $175,000 - $220,000 per year + annual bonus and equity

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and career growth opportunities.
  • Define and own the CRM strategy for Allconnect, aligning lifecycle programs with business growth objectives.
  • Advance personalization, segmentation, and predictive modeling to maximize LTV and revenue from Email/SMS.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks to track CRM performance against KPIs.
  • Execute and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and other owned channels.
  • Partner with Product and Sales leadership to align CRM with lead management and conversion efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business results through CRM strategies at scale.
  • Deep expertise in email, SMS, push, and cross-channel lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in segmentation and testing methodologies.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid office schedule.
