What you will do

• Lead design concepts and translate client needs into architectural solutions.
• Prepare and oversee detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate structural, mechanical, and electrical building systems with consultants.
• Review drawings and project documentation for accuracy, quality, code compliance, and alignment with project goals.
• Manage design schedules and resources while collaborating with project managers, contractors, clients, and consultants through construction.
• Mentor junior designers and communicate design concepts and project updates in client presentations and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture.
• Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage complex design documentation, consultant coordination, schedules, and project resources.
• Ability to work in a flexible hybrid environment in Miami, Florida, United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Pursuit of architectural licensure.
• Experience with large or complex projects.
