Senior Solution Engineer (Storage)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with in-office and/or in-person expectations

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales technical support for complex storage products, applications, and solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, capability assessments, and solution consultations.
• Assess customer needs with sales teams and design tailored on-premise and hybrid storage architectures.
• Build proof-of-concept applications and rapid prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility.
• Prepare product specifications and ROI/TCO analyses for customer decision-making.
• Advise client executives, partner sales teams, and internal resources on technical strategies and customer opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience with technical specifications for storage products and services.
• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Architect, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect focused on storage technologies.
• Strong knowledge of NAS, SAN, object storage, cloud services, backup solutions, and the broader storage and data management ecosystem.
• Experience designing enterprise storage systems and supporting complex products or solutions in a pre-sales environment.
• Ability to operate as a subject-matter expert, influence sales teams, drive initiatives, and make project decisions.

• Specialized knowledge of cloud, storage, AI/ML, databases, microservices, enterprise applications, or DevOps.
