- Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize pipeline growth and team efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development leadership and team management.
- Track record of successfully driving pipeline growth and revenue.
- Experience managing sales operations across multiple regions, specifically EMEA and APAC.
- Ability to lead and develop a team of BDRs.
- Strong skills in data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
