Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + Sales Incentive Plan

What you will do

• Perform patient hearing test assessments, analyze results, and recommend treatment and product options.
• Educate patients on the benefits and proper usage of hearing aid technology to meet their goals.
• Manage pricing discussions, presenting the value of hearing health care and professional services.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, checks, and cleanings for fitted products according to quality standards.
• Conduct community outreach efforts to generate new patient referrals.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Requirements

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Iowa.
• Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• Open to 3rd and 4th year Audiology Externs.
