What you will do

  • Measure and apply orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulation products.
  • Educate patients and healthcare practitioners on the proper use and care of hirify.global products.
  • Coordinate follow-up brace fitting appointments and provide routine customer service.
  • Verify patient insurance benefits using automation tools and handle pre-authorizations.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, the internal sales team, and hirify.global.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and government healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, clinic, or physician's office.
  • Demonstrated experience in direct patient care.
  • Full-time work authorization in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).
  • Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance for travel (up to 20%).
  • Ability to satisfy third-party credentialing/screening for hospital access.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • BOC certification in Athletic Training or other orthopedic/clinical certifications (e.g., ABC, NBCOT).
  • Knowledge of insurance reimbursement and DME billing requirements.
  • Experience working with multiple physicians in high-volume clinics.
