Salary: $123,000–$140,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Track and manage marketing spend across all channels, partnering with Finance on accruals, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Own the end-to-end invoicing process for agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with contracts and budgets.
• Oversee the operational execution of key marketing programs and track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Build and maintain operational visibility connecting marketing demand to clinic capacity by market and channel.
• Own the centralized integrated marketing calendar to ensure coordination and identify execution gaps.
• Collect, aggregate, and report NPS and patient feedback to stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or similar roles.
• Strong financial and process management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional workflows.
• Comfortable operating in a multi-channel, multi-location environment.
• Must be based in Aurora, IL (Hybrid).
