What you will do

• Act as the primary project lead for high-impact internal and external events including SKO and hirify.globalne.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to post-event follow-up.
• Design and execute high-touch executive programs, including C-suite dinners and customer roundtables.
• Own budget planning, cost tracking, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis for assigned programs.
• Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to ensure events drive qualified pipeline and business outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on event goals, messaging, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate events, including large-scale flagship and executive programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with internal leadership and external vendors.
• Proven independent problem-solving capabilities under tight timelines.
• Professionalism and a sense of urgency in high-visibility environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
