Salary: $123,000 – $169,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as the primary project lead for high-impact internal and external events including SKO and ne.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to post-event follow-up.
- Design and execute high-touch executive programs, including C-suite dinners and customer roundtables.
- Own budget planning, cost tracking, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis for assigned programs.
- Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to ensure events drive qualified pipeline and business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align on event goals, messaging, and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate events, including large-scale flagship and executive programs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with internal leadership and external vendors.
- Proven independent problem-solving capabilities under tight timelines.
- Professionalism and a sense of urgency in high-visibility environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
