TL;DR

Senior Marketing Manager Global Events & Experiences: Own hirify.global’s global event strategy across flagship tradeshows, internal sales events, and partner experiences with an accent on scalable event systems, brand standards, and end-to-end execution. Focus on building toolkits and governance that help regional teams deliver consistently, while coordinating cross-functionally and using AI tools to improve planning, content, and operational efficiency.

Location: United States (remote). Must have legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction where the position is posted without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $126,000–$210,000 base (United States). Base salary in Canada: $120,000–$200,000.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution for major global tradeshows (e.g., Black Hat, RSA, Gartner, it-sa) in partnership with field marketing.
  • Own booth strategy, messaging hierarchy, and brand environment; coordinate across design, product marketing, and field sales.
  • Plan and execute internal and partner events (e.g., Sales Kickoff, President’s Club, launch events), aligning branding, content production, and logistics.
  • Build and maintain scalable event activation kits and standards so regional/field teams can execute consistently.
  • Partner with PR on speaker bureau activation: align speaker opportunities to event strategy and handle event-level preparation and on-site execution.
  • Manage global event calendars, reporting and post-event measurement, sponsorship opportunities, and budgets across the event portfolio.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B event management, including at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional scope.
  • Proven ownership of major tradeshow presence: booth strategy, build, logistics, and activation.
  • Experience running large-scale internal events (e.g., SKO, sales rallies, partner summits).
  • Ability to build scalable systems/toolkits (not only execute individual events).
  • Strong vendor and agency management skills.
  • Proficiency using AI tools for planning, content development, and operational efficiency; must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
  • Experience with channel/partner-facing event formats.
  • Familiarity coordinating with PR/communications teams on speaker programs.
  • Experience with webinar or virtual event production at scale.
  • Experience applying AI tools to event personalization, attendee engagement, or logistics workflows.
