Salary: $123,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

What you will do
- Partner with executive leadership to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations and performance narratives.
- Standardize reporting across the full patient funnel (lead to revenue) and identify conversion inefficiencies and leakage points.
- Enhance attribution capabilities by integrating online and offline signals through partnership with CRM and technology teams.
- Build and maintain forecasting models and scenario analyses to link marketing inputs to revenue outcomes.
- Analyze digital channel performance and website user behavior to provide CRO insights and prioritize optimization efforts.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into marketing ROI and funnel performance.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
- Strong expertise in analyzing multi-step funnels and conversion performance.
- Advanced analytical skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Python or R is a plus).
- Proficiency with digital analytics platforms such as GA4 or Adobe.
- Must be based in or able to work in Aurora, IL on a hybrid basis.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
