Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with editorial, product, and engineering stakeholders to identify and ensure accurate measurement of digital products.
• Perform ad hoc analysis using SQL and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with experimentation leads to develop data-driven hypotheses, measurement plans, and statistical analysis.
• Monitor and report on content engagement across video, articles, newsletters, podcasts, and commerce platforms.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to the development of best practices within the data organization.
• Work with finance to maintain and monitor operational business models and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital media analytics focused on product, content, and audience insights.
• Expertise in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Adobe/Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Tableau/Looker/Omni.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
