TL;DR

Local Outreach & Business Development Representative (Healthcare): Building hirify.global’s referral channel for the direct-to-consumer offering in South Florida with an accent on developing referral partnerships with organizations and professionals that influence senior decisions about in-home support. Focus on in-person engagement, building trust, and continuously iterating on the local referral playbook based on field performance.

Location: Must reside within or in close proximity to Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Salary: $30/hour plus uncapped quarterly commission.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of referral partners across multiple segments.
  • Conduct structured outreach and pre-arranged meetings across the assigned territory.
  • Deliver educational presentations and represent hirify.global at community events.
  • Track referrals through the conversion funnel and report on performance metrics.
  • Tailor communication materials and messaging for distinct segments and collaborate with HQ to refresh collateral.
  • Serve as the local face of hirify.global, maintaining professional, consistent, and mission-aligned representation in the market.

Requirements

  • Market Knowledge: Reside in or within commutable distance to Broward and/or Palm Beach County.
  • Comfort interacting with seniors and senior-adjacent professionals; ability to establish trust and connect authentically with diverse groups.
  • Ability to effectively conduct frequent, face-to-face relationship building across the assigned territory.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to independently manage a daily calendar, outreach schedules, and CRM documentation.
  • Strong written, verbal, or assistive-technology-supported communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • An existing network within the senior-services, real estate, or healthcare community in the target market.
  • Prior experience in field sales, community outreach, healthcare partnerships, senior services, or senior real estate.
