Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually plus commissions

What you will do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned school district markets.
• Develop long-term partnerships with SPED Directors, HR leaders, and Principals via frequent onsite visits.
• Conduct onsite assessments to uncover staffing gaps and generate job orders for therapy and special education roles.
• Collaborate with recruitment and account management teams to ensure staffing needs are filled accurately.
• Track competitive activity, budget cycles, and hiring trends to inform long-term strategy.
• Represent the organization at regional conferences and district engagements.

Requirements

• Must reside in North or South Carolina.
• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales.
• At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position.
• Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted).
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
