Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or project management experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams with empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with consulting frameworks.
• Experience with operating model design or IT solutions in financial business areas.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
