Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 USD for US hires / $120,000 – $160,000 CAD for Toronto hires

What you will do

• Conduct current-state assessments and design Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Define technology architectures and roadmaps for finance operations.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of ERP and expense management systems.
• Translate accounting and business requirements into scalable system configurations across finance platforms.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate UAT, issue resolution, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, finance transformation, or a related PM/BA role.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, leading workshops and solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes (accounting, AP, budgeting, and payroll).
• Experience delivering system implementations (ERP, FP&A, or Treasury systems).
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating client-ready deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience within the private markets industry (private equity, hedge funds, or family offices).
• Familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, Workday, Sage Intacct, Coupa, Bill.com, Tipalti, Concur, Ramp, or Brex.
