Location: Must be based in the US and commit to being in an FTI office or on a client site at least three days per week

Salary: $102,000 – $173,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, representing the team in meetings and onsite engagements.
• Coordinate change management and communication strategies using various tactics to reach stakeholders with consistent information.
• Create client-ready deliverables and adapt complex financial/legal content for employees, customers, media, and investors.
• Manage client budgets and proactively coordinate with senior leaders to address client concerns.
• Participate in business development by drafting client proposals and building internal/external referral sources.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing ongoing feedback and conducting performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in communication and/or change management.
• Working knowledge of Chapter 11 restructuring and/or M&A transactions.
• Proven project management and people management skills.
• Commitment to be in an FTI office or on a client site at least three days per week.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours as required by client needs.
