TL;DR

Senior Director, Growth Marketing (B2B SaaS): Scaling hirify.global's online revenue engine across Workforce and Mortgage lines with an accent on full self-serve funnel optimization. Focus on multi-channel strategy across paid media, SEO/AEO, and PLG lifecycle marketing to accelerate revenue growth.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to a hirify.global hub location (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, or Santiago). Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week.

Salary: $240,000 - $333,000 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Own and scale the online revenue engine for hirify.global Workforce and hirify.global Mortgage.
  • Build and optimize paid media and affiliate programs to improve CAC and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage hirify.global.com as a conversion asset, leading experimentation on landing pages and signup flows.
  • Operate PLG lifecycle marketing focusing on onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Develop SEO and AEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility in AI-driven search results.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team in collaboration with Product and RevOps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue targets in B2B SaaS with self-serve or PLG motions.
  • Deep expertise across paid media, SEO/AEO, affiliate, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Fluency in experimentation, attribution modeling, and analytics tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong executive presence and ability to translate complex data into narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Requirement to work from a hub office 3+ days a week.
