What you will do

• Lead a team of media experts to optimize presence across all digital marketing channels, including paid search, social, display, and affiliate programs.
• Strategically identify growth opportunities through paid marketing and deep-dive into platforms and data.
• Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation team to build campaigns tailored to various regions.
• Assess and develop in-house talent and manage partnerships with external media agencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading a paid/performance marketing function for a high-growth company.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience building and executing global paid marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar media budgets with clear visibility into payback periods.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Paid Search, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Display.
• In-house experience at a high-growth B2B or PLG SaaS company.
• Experience working within Product-Led Growth (PLG) organizations.
