What you will do

• Lead the development, alignment, and tracking of company strategic focus areas.
• Drive executive operations by planning forums, shaping agendas, and managing leadership action items.
• Synthesize strategic initiatives and business performance metrics into executive-ready reporting deliverables.
• Manage the VIP Visitor Program to deliver high-impact experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational scalability and process standardization.
• Facilitate company-wide training and change management strategies to ensure execution consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office roles, or project management.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI to drive operational excellence.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and business writing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience with program management frameworks and strategic planning.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicle (AV) or technology industries.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and executive reporting.
• Extensive experience with Google Suite, Confluence, and Jira.
• Background in financial and operational analysis.
