Location: Seattle, WA, USA (Flexible work model)

Salary: $184,500 – $258,000

What you will do

  • Lead zero-to-one AI programs for Agentic AI capabilities in traveler and partner servicing.
  • Define program vision, goals, and roadmaps in collaboration with Product, Data/AI, and Engineering.
  • Manage program structure, delivery milestones, dependency mapping, and risk management across multiple platforms.
  • Translate strategy into executable technical plans and coordinate cross-team delivery, including vendors.
  • Partner with Operations to translate AI outputs into actionable support flows to lift agent productivity.
  • Mentor junior TPMs and develop AI/ML delivery excellence standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management delivering complex software systems in multi-team environments.
  • Proven track record of leading zero-to-one product or platform initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Recent experience delivering AI/ML-powered products (e.g., LLM agents, orchestration systems) into production at scale.
  • Deep understanding of software/data lifecycles and agile/hybrid delivery models.
  • Expertise in modern collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Actions.
  • Must be based in the United States to satisfy location and E-Verify requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience in large-scale servicing, support, or operations environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud and case management systems.
  • Experience with AWS and observability practices in distributed systems.
  • Background in AI governance, model-risk management, or compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
