What you will do

• Partner with the VP of AI Engineering to execute strategic AI priorities and coordinate organizational operating rhythms.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including Security, Platform Engineering, Data, Legal, and Finance.
• Establish scalable operational mechanisms for roadmap planning, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
• Influence AI product roadmaps and develop business cases, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics for AI investments.
• Identify and operationalize high-value AI opportunities across marketing, customer experience, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate complex AI programs from pilot and proof-of-concept to scaled enterprise delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, transformation, or technology leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs within complex technology organizations.
• Proven ability to drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups and influence without direct authority.
• Experience supporting executive leadership through strategic planning and organizational transformation.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.
• Must be based in New York City for the hybrid work arrangement.
