What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation workflows from scoping to launch.
• Translate automation opportunities into structured project plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Configure and perform functional QA on automation tools and AI outputs to ensure quality standards.
• Advocate for the end-user experience by identifying friction points and gathering feedback from frontline staff.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and training materials to support AI adoption across the organization.
• Coordinate across Operations pillars to identify and replicate successful automation use cases.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in program management or operations in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI or automation tools like chatbots, copilots, or workflow platforms.
• Ability to conduct functional QA on AI outputs and articulate technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder updates.
• Must be able to work in the New York City office three days per week.
