What you will do

• Own and maintain the program roadmap for decentralized data collection initiatives.
• Lead intake and scoping processes for new research requests.
• Build and maintain scalable intake workflows, SOPs, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate with Research, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align priorities.
• Manage internal tooling that supports decentralized research operations.
• Use performance metrics to optimize prioritization frameworks and research efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within a technical or research environment.
• Proven ability to manage intake, prioritization, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling operational processes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in daily tasks.
