What you will do

  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business for hosted communication and cloud solutions.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect and acquire new logos through outbound campaigns and partner referrals.
  • Engage customers via inbound and outbound channels to provide consultative solutions.
  • Build and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Conduct online demonstrations showcasing platform features and integrations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, inside sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and executive relationship building.
  • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling in the enterprise business applications space.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases.

Nice to have

  • Experience with UCaaS or similar cloud communication platforms.
