What you will do

  • Manage and support an identified book of business for hosted cloud solutions.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within named accounts.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to align product goals with client needs.
  • Prevent account churn through proactive management and effective problem-solving.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and prepare proposals for existing customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding teams to ensure successful account transitions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B account management and solution selling.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding upsell and cross-sell sales goals.
  • Strong aptitude for technology with an understanding of IT infrastructure and software.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with diligent follow-up habits.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of UCaaS services, Microsoft products, and mobility solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
