What you will do
- Manage and support an identified book of business for hosted cloud solutions.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within named accounts.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to align product goals with client needs.
- Prevent account churn through proactive management and effective problem-solving.
- Deliver product demonstrations and prepare proposals for existing customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding teams to ensure successful account transitions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management and solution selling.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding upsell and cross-sell sales goals.
- Strong aptitude for technology with an understanding of IT infrastructure and software.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with diligent follow-up habits.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of UCaaS services, Microsoft products, and mobility solutions.
- Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Methodology.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
