TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States). Cannot sponsor or support visa transfers.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 Base / $180,000 - $240,000 OTE

What you will do
- Conduct prospecting and develop opportunities within SMB and mid-market accounts.
- Perform discovery calls and demos for technical audiences, focusing on ROI and business pain.
- Navigate from practitioners to business decision-makers to close deals.
- Develop expansion opportunities and upsells from the existing customer base.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to navigate sales cycles.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a SaaS selling environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas, preferably in APM, Monitoring, or Log Management.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospect to close.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with MEDDPIC or CoM frameworks.
