What you will do

• Lead the negotiation and review of commercial agreements including SaaS, procurement, and technology partnership contracts.
• Build and refine AI-enabled workflows and automation tools to accelerate contract drafting and redlining.
• Provide business-savvy legal advice on IP, AI, OSS, and user-generated content to product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the DPO on privacy terms, AI governance, and compliance with global regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
• Partner with Sales and Procurement teams to balance revenue velocity with risk mitigation.
• Develop and govern enterprise legal policies to ensure alignment with corporate governance and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership required.
• 6+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house department.
• Must be based in the state of New Jersey.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS and data-processing agreements.
• Familiarity with privacy, AI, and security issues in commercial contracting.
