What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, MSAs, and data processing agreements.
  • Serve as a primary legal partner to Sales and Revenue teams to facilitate deal velocity while managing risk.
  • Lead negotiations with customer legal, procurement, and security stakeholders for enterprise-level transactions.
  • Advise internal teams on liability, indemnity, intellectual property, and AI-related legal provisions.
  • Improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and approval workflows to support organizational scaling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Security, and Client Services to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and enterprise customer agreements.
  • Strong commercial judgment regarding liability, warranties, and data protection terms.
  • Ability to review and negotiate privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related provisions.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Revenue, and Deal Desk teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal risks to non-legal stakeholders.
