Salary: $168,000 - $210,000

What you will do
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of contracts, including customer, vendor, strategic partnership, and license agreements.
- Collaborate with revenue and legal operations to automate and refine contractual workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Serve as a strategic legal advisor to internal departments, committees, and senior management.
- Manage and oversee relationships with external legal counsel.
- Partner with company leadership to identify and mitigate practical and legal risks across global operations.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree and active membership in good standing with a State Bar.
- 3+ years of experience as an attorney focusing on transactional, commercial, or corporate law.
- Strong transactional experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with global data privacy and protection laws, specifically GDPR and CCPA.
- Proven experience negotiating contracts across various risk and value levels.
- Experience designing legal resources and iterating upon contractual playbooks.
Nice to have
- Experience with contract management software (CMS), specifically Ironclad or Zip.
