TL;DR

Director of Mid-Market Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling the Mid-Market sales segment for an AI-driven revenue agent infrastructure platform with an accent on team leadership, pipeline generation, and predictable revenue growth. Focus on recruiting and coaching high-performing AEs, refining sales playbooks, and translating complex data architecture into ROI for enterprise customers.

Location: On-site in San Francisco (5 days a week)

Salary: $350,000–$400,000 USD annually (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the commercial success and revenue targets of the Mid-Market segment.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Enforce a rigorous sales process across prospecting, discovery, and closing.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize GTM execution.
  • Design territory plans, segment strategies, and repeatable sales playbooks.
  • Actively participate in strategic sales calls and complex executive negotiations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3–5+ years leading a team of full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of selling complex cloud software with ACVs between $25k and $250k.
  • Experience in both high-growth startups and established SaaS environments.
  • Must be based in San Francisco and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Strong command of pipeline strategy, forecasting, and deal inspection.
