What you will do

  • Manage ongoing communication, regular check-ins, and status updates for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Own all post-call follow-ups, track internal action items, and handle scheduling coordination.
  • Maintain accurate account health notes and scores to provide visibility on risks and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects during onboarding and Technical Support Engineering for issue triage and communication.
  • Partner with Account Directors to flag at-risk accounts and identify potential upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor product adoption and guide new customers to realize value quickly after signing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts across technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of meticulous follow-up.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear client and internal handoffs.
  • Proactive mindset to stay ahead of account needs rather than reacting to requests.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira or Salesforce.
  • Professional background in cybersecurity or AI/ML.
