Sr. Customer Success Manager (Identity Security)

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers following the implementation phase.
• Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and monitor customer health to eliminate barriers to adoption.
• Develop deep relationships with key customer personnel to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and advance customer adoption.
• Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback to support continuous product improvement.
• Plan and execute customer education on new features and releases.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) required.
• Background in cybersecurity and/or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models.
• Extensive experience in CSM or Account Management for Fortune 500 / Global 1000 companies.
• Previous experience within a SaaS organization.
• Must be based in California, Washington, or Oregon.
