Location: Remote in California, Washington, or Oregon. Must be available to visit customer sites as needed (up to 50%).
Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers following the implementation phase.
- Manage the subscription renewal pipeline and monitor customer health to eliminate barriers to adoption.
- Develop deep relationships with key customer personnel to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and advance customer adoption.
- Monitor product utilization trends and provide feedback to support continuous product improvement.
- Plan and execute customer education on new features and releases.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) required.
- Background in cybersecurity and/or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models.
- Extensive experience in CSM or Account Management for Fortune 500 / Global 1000 companies.
- Previous experience within a SaaS organization.
- Must be based in California, Washington, or Oregon.
