What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact automation use cases across the customer lifecycle.
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows using Workato, Retool, LLMs, and hirify.global to embed AI into the customer journey.
• Build and fine-tune AI-driven tools and optimize integrations with GTM systems for rapid scaling.
• Act as a technical expert for integrating and testing pre-release product functionality to create prototypes for future features.
• Collaborate with Outcomes, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to validate requirements and deploy high-quality automations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, GTM engineering, Data/Analytics engineering, or Solutions Engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of deploying automations using platforms such as Workato, n8n, or Retool.
• Deep understanding of systems architecture and data movement across complex systems.
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies for business leverage.
• Must be based in one of the listed US hubs (Austin, Chicago, NYC, SLC, or San Francisco).
