What you will do

• Ship high-impact AI features and agentic workflows embedded across the hirify.global platform.
• Design foundational infrastructure for AI systems, including orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, and context management.
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities by analyzing user workflows and customer pain points.
• Create reusable patterns, primitives, and components to accelerate AI development across the company.
• Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to drive adoption based on measurable outcomes.
• Set the technical direction for AI systems, managing build vs. buy decisions and shaping the long-term roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building production LLM or applied AI systems.
• Deep familiarity with model APIs, agent frameworks, prompting, and retrieval.
• Strong product sense and systems thinking for designing reliable AI platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
