What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions.
• Design and build AI solution patterns such as RAG, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop review.
• Serve as the technical authority for client engagements, owning solution quality and engineering standards.
• Establish production-grade LLMOps/MLOps practices, including evaluation guardrails and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with strategy and business teams to connect priorities with technical execution and define success metrics.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to reference architectures and accelerators to strengthen AI delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or AI solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, APIs, and cloud-native development.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Practical familiarity with RAG, LLM application design, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in modern engineering practices including CI/CD, containerization, and scalable deployment.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for employment and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, or AI governance tooling.
• Background in high-performing technology consulting or AI product development.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
