What you will do

• Define and lead the product roadmap for discovery and promotional entry points.
• Optimize promotional placements to drive conversion into gameplay using data-driven insights.
• Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks for creatives, messaging, and formats.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across news, finance, and sports to integrate games contextually.
• Explore AI-driven personalization techniques for recommendation and targeting.
• Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and competitive research.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• 5+ years of experience in product management within consumer, growth, or discovery roles.
• Strong background in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Experience driving user acquisition or traffic growth in a product-led environment.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes.
