What you will do
- Define and lead the product roadmap for discovery and promotional entry points.
- Optimize promotional placements to drive conversion into gameplay using data-driven insights.
- Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks for creatives, messaging, and formats.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across news, finance, and sports to integrate games contextually.
- Explore AI-driven personalization techniques for recommendation and targeting.
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and competitive research.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within consumer, growth, or discovery roles.
- Strong background in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
- Experience driving user acquisition or traffic growth in a product-led environment.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development processes.
