What you will do

• Drive the vision and strategy for scalable game services while providing clear, actionable specs for engineering teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with game teams, central tech, data science, and operations to identify product opportunities.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative inputs, including user behavior analytics and industry benchmarks, to optimize decision-making.
• Manage the full lifecycle of major tech feature development from architecture design to maintenance.
• Create compelling proposals for new features and capabilities for game and tech teams.
• Address risks and leverage opportunities in both new and existing features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in end-to-end engineering of large-scale platforms optimized for performance and scalability.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams across a full product line.
• Deep expertise in analyzing complex, large-scale data to guide strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical communication for diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in architecting and implementing scalable server frameworks.
• Proficiency in applying high-priority compliance and data governance regulations.
