What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, multi-team engineering initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Partner with VP- and Director-level leadership to influence roadmaps, resourcing, and organizational priorities.
• Define and evolve program management frameworks and best practices across the engineering organization.
• Drive alignment across complex dependency landscapes involving multiple teams and external partners.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, and trade-offs at a program and portfolio level.
• Communicate technical complexities and business impacts clearly to executive audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, org-wide engineering programs.
• Deep expertise managing multi-team software programs across the full SDLC.
• Strong technical foundation to engage in architectural discussions and evaluate system design trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure, platform, or product engineering programs at a software company.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems concepts.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Prior background as a software engineer or in a technical role.
