Salary: $150,000 - $165,000/year

What you will do

• Serve as Senior TPM and Scrum Master for 2–3 engineering teams, owning daily execution and cross-team delivery.
• Lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives and client implementations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities into clear, executable plans.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and blockers to keep programs on track.
• Drive continuous improvement of SDLC, Agile practices, and delivery processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management, preferably in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master or delivery lead for Agile engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs from planning through execution.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Prior startup or high-growth company experience.
• PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.).
• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries.
