What you will do

• Own program execution against contract milestones, deliverable schedules, and performance standards.
• Lead governance forums, quarterly reviews, and stakeholder engagement with DHA and military health officials.
• Manage executive-level risk identification, escalation, and corrective action planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, data, clinical coding, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee programmatic deliverables and champion change management for user adoption.
• Ensure contractor compliance with DoD and DHA security, privacy, and reporting regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive federal program or project management experience.
• Experience managing AI/ML, SaaS, or health IT programs for DHA, MHS, VA, or CMS.
• Knowledge of medical coding and revenue cycle operations (DNFC, A/R days, denials lifecycle).
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance.
• PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
