What you will do

• Define and own the ABX operating model, including ICPs, account tiering, and buying-group mapping.
• Lead target account selection using intent, fit scoring, and predictive signals in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
• Drive AI-first personalization at scale across content, email, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Build and operationalize an ABX plays library with clearly defined triggers, channels, and sales actions.
• Own ABX measurement, attribution, and reporting to demonstrate ROI and pipeline impact.
• Serve as the steward of the ABX tech stack, driving adoption and continuous improvement across intent and CRM tools.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years owning ABM/ABX programs at scale in technology or cybersecurity.
• Deep hands-on expertise with 6sense, including segmentation and orchestration workflows.
• Strong Salesforce fluency and Power BI proficiency for revenue analytics.
• Proven experience shipping AI-driven ABX workflows beyond basic LLM usage.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on pipeline, deal velocity, and win rates.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in cybersecurity marketing and buying groups.
• Experience with partner-influenced ABX involving MSPs, MSSPs, or GSIs.
• Demonstrated ability to stand up an ABX function from zero.
• Experience with agentic AI workflows applied to ABX.
