What you will do

• Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Maintain and manage social content calendars and campaign timelines.
• Monitor social channels and support community engagement efforts.
• Partner with content, PR, digital, events, and design teams to support social promotion needs and campaigns.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing and business units to support campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/technology environments.
• Familiarity with HR Services (HRS) or similar industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with employee advocacy or executive social media support.
• Experience supporting webinars, campaigns, and thought leadership content.
• Basic proficiency in social analytics and reporting.
