What you will do

• Build and grow organic presence across key channels including Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop the community playbook defining when to post, reply, or remain silent.
• Grow and manage hirify.global’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
• Create a scalable content and engagement strategy leveraging AI.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across all channels.
• Measure success through sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in community management or organic social.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or consumer-facing regulated categories.
• Ability to write in a platform-native tone and avoid corporate-speak.
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Must be based in the United States.
