What you will do

• Lead and own multiple complex enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and outcomes.
• Manage client relationships, acting as an Executive Sponsor and trusted advisor to drive CSAT.
• Own P&L across a project portfolio, focusing on contribution margins and realization.
• Coordinate collaboration between North America and Global Delivery Centers (Nearshore/Offshore).
• Identify and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
• Collaborate with VP-level leadership to implement strategic process improvements and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise delivery experience managing large programs ($3M+ value).
• 5+ years of engagement management and offshore team leadership experience.
• Expertise in one of the Microsoft Azure pillars: Data & AI, Infrastructure/Platform, or Custom Solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to business and customer locations.
