Salary: $95,500 – $130,000 USD (plus variable bonus).

What you will do

• Serve as the delivery lead for a multi-year Azure modernization program, owning execution across all active workstreams.
• Coordinate technical delivery teams daily, surfacing blockers and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule.
• Manage the program work plan, RAID log, status reporting, and scope control for Azure-native and hybrid environments.
• Act as the primary client point of contact for status updates, scope discussions, and escalations to leadership.
• Translate complex Azure architecture and engineering progress into business language for stakeholders.
• Support the expansion of the roadmap by scoping and estimating new work streams.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US/Canada without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in technical delivery, program management, or consulting on Azure projects.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end Azure modernization or migration programs.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure services (compute, networking, identity, data platforms, and security).
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and Azure Well-Architected Framework.

• Advanced degree.
• Current or recent Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks like NIST or FedRAMP.
