What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Marketing Data Layer build, owning outcomes across a 22-person distributed team.
• Drive sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives for four delivery pods.
• Manage cross-team dependencies with CDP RFP, legacy data teams, and servicing stakeholders.
• Track milestones for AWS-based ingestion pipelines, identity resolution MVP, and curated data models.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for technical, dependency, and resourcing challenges.
• Create and maintain project documentation including RACI, RAID, project plans, and communication plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 3+ years of experience managing data engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end data platform builds.
• Expertise in Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Must be based in the USA or able to travel to client sites as needed.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as SCRUM, PMP, or Certified AI Project Manager.
• Experience delivering AWS-based data platforms and familiarity with CDP integrations.
