TL;DR

Program Manager (Telecommunications): Leading product migration projects and managing cross-functional vendor relationships with an accent on project tracking, milestone management, and executive reporting. Focus on identifying root causes for process pain points and aligning business metrics through data-driven insights.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Alpharetta, Georgia (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

Salary: $55/hr - $60/hr

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools to monitor milestones, issues, and project completion status.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates to management.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings with external vendors and present recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate across business units to identify and resolve process, policy, and system pain points.
  • Support insights program objectives by aligning employee listening with customer and business metrics.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Alpharetta, Georgia.
  • Proven experience in both Waterfall and Agile project management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product migration projects.
  • Technical literacy with architecture knowledge and proficiency in tools like Smartsheets, G-Suite, and Slack.
  • Experience working within the Technology or Telecommunications industry.

Nice to have

  • PMP Certification or formal training.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience in customer-support functions such as sales or customer service.
